To design the interface of JagaJam Analytics in accordance with the redesigned corporate identity and new functionality.

About designing the public website

About the product

JagaJam is an analytical platform that facilitates efficient communication between brands and social media audiences.

Analytics, the main product of the company, is a system for in-depth analysis in social media.

The company has grown but now it’s time to develop the product and expand into new markets. The obsolete interface was the only thing holding it back. JagaJam turned to us for our UX, UI and front-end development expertise.

The first thing we did was to redesign the client's public website. Then we went on to redesign the main product, Analytics.

User Experience

Before we started to work on the UX, we received comprehensive information about the interface, how it works, what functionality it should have and even rough sketches of the wireframes.

We analyzed the incoming data, prepared the wireframes and based on that drafted a prototype in Invision.

Wireframes

We also created wireframes for smartphone screens.

User Interface

The design of the public website had been ready by the time we started working on the Analytics' interface. We had to ensure consistency in the UI, make it more practical.

Summary

After logging in, the user sees a summary of all the social media accounts that he is monitoring.

Summary

Social media accounts

A list of the accounts the client is monitoring is available for every social media service. You can customize how the list is presented.

Social media accounts

Page

A variety of information is available for each page that is being monitored, namely, the audience and its involvement, the content of the posts, the type of the content, the list of the comments.

Members

There is a lot of data on each member of the community on the social network

... and many other screens and their statuses.

Front-end development

Before having proceeded with the front-end development, we prepared mock-ups for 4 screen resolutions: widescreen and average screen size for desktop computers, tablets and smartphones. We did the front-end development of a responsive user interface that allows this interface to be used on almost every device, whether it has a cursor or not.

Front-end development

For every mock-up we created videos that demonstrated transitions between different statuses of the pages and submitted all the materials to the front-end developers and then to the customer's development team.
